Q2.What is the Customer Referral Program?
A2.It's a great way for you to earn a little extra money, by sending others to our site to shop.  You receive an initial 20% commission.  The more people you refer, the more you will receive. (see Member Information)

Q3.Can I do sales through Catalog & Mail Order?
A3.Yes, you can do catalog & mail orders.  Just turn in the order forms to us and we'll do the rest.  We will send you confirmation once the orders are placed.  You can then log in, to check your commission status online, as if they had placed an internet order. 

Q4. Can I buy a bulk amount of items and get a discount to have a booth at a swapmeet or another show?
A4.Yes, if you would like to do a swapmeet, another type of show, ect. We will work with you on a bulk discount.  You will not receive commission on the items purchased by you, but if they shop directly with us in the future, you will receive a commission.  Encourage them to visit the site, to view all the items you could not have there with you.  Just make sure you hand them one of your referral cards.

Q5.Can I earn personal benefits?

Q6.When will I receive my order?
A6.All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.  Orders will be shipped to you within 7-14 business days.  If something becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately. (see Customer Service for details)

A7.You can return an item within 30 days of your original purchase.  (see Customer Service)

Q9.Can I Sign Up My School or Organization?
A9.Yes, all you need to do is sign up your School or Organization by clicking on the Affiliates link under online services.  In the tax id field, just type in fund.  When we receive your sign up confirmation, we will then email you as soon as we complete your registration. Our Appreciation Fundraisers allow the school or organization to keep 20% of the orders placed.  Larger Distribution Fundraisers are available at a 50% profit to the School or Organization.  First, catalogs will be distributed for a certain period of time, and that's when the children can earn their rewards.  Second, we will carry on the fundraiser throughout the entire year through online sales.  We have an amazing, high quality Prize Arcade for the children.  To organize your Customized Fundraiser please email or call us today to get started.
